Group 
People who are on
methadone or other alternative pharmacotherapies, live in
the southern metropolitan region of Melbourne and:
- Are at risk of overdose and/or other
medical problems and would benefit from specialist support in
reducing their other substance use;
- Are having problems that are causing
difficulties for their existing prescriber or pharmacist;
- Have other social problems and require
help in stabilising their lives;
- Have co-existing medical or psychiatric
problems requiring specialist care;
- Require assessment for suitability for a methadone program or
alternative pharmacotherapy.
